Patchogue officials are planning to host their first St. Patrick's Day parade to coincide with the holiday in March since 2019, according to the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce's website.

The parade will kick off at noon on March 20 with Grand Marshal Dennis Smith leading the line of march.

The parade, which is sponsored by the Greater Patchogue Foundation's Cultural Heritage Committee, was called off in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To make up for the delay, a halfway to St. Patrick's Day parade was held in September.
